We had to get out of the house while they finished all the hardwood floors on the first floor so decided to take a trip up to Vermont and go skiing. Well, what we didn't count on was the horrendous driving conditions in getting up there. We were delayed almost a day due to ice but once we made it had a great time. Nadia loved the childcare center the resort had and we loved the child-free day of skiing. We stopped in NYC on the way back to see Katie, Alexander and Amelia to break up the 8 hour drive. The ski conditions were great even if the driving wasn't :).
